Jeff Hanrath
Originally from Kenosha Wisconsin, Mr. Hanrath has been a resident of Phoenix, Arizona since 1987. After a 4 year duty in the United States Marine Corps, Mr. Hanrath attended Arizona State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate. Over the last 20+ years Mr. Hanrath put his real estate background to good use with several investment and development firms before finally founding Equity Development & Management Inc. in 1993. In a real estate career that began in 1988, Mr. Hanrath has extensive hands on experience in the brokerage, management, acquisition, disposition, syndication, and development of commercial real estate.
In 2006, Jeff decided to create his own HVAC company, Pinnacle Air, a repair based company specializing in multi-family, residential and property management. Jeff’s morale led him to oppose the stereotypical HVAC industry by creating money saving solutions for clients instead of unnecessary replacements and repairs.
Chris Cline
An undoubtedly determined individual from Kenosha, Wisconsin who has been an Arizona local since early 2000’s. Mr. Cline has years of experience in the HVAC industry as well as superior customer service background granting him knowledge of the business in many forms suitable to the customer and the company.
